The Challenge
  • Home Screen Clutter: Users often had to hunt for frequently used features amidst promotional banners and lesser-used tools.

  • Rewards Disconnect: The rewards section felt disconnected from the user journey, leading to low redemption rates and user engagement.

I introduced a customizable quick-action module for one-tap access to essential tools and revamped the Rewards section into a gamified loyalty dashboard with visual progress tracking.

The result is a cleaner, friendlier app that helps millions of users get things done faster without the headache. No more digging through menus just to send money or claim rewards.
